About Us

"It is the mission of the Still Meadows Homeowners Association to preserve the integrity, beauty and safety of the subdivision and to enforce the Protective Covenants relating to Still Meadows to ensure the peaceful and beautiful atmosphere we now enjoy."

Located approximately 1 mile north of the blacktop between Athens and Petersburg, IL, Still Meadows is a residential neighborhood of single family homes built on single or double lots.  The association was incorporated in 1998 with a mailing address of Petersburg, Illinois. The subdivision consists of 45 lots primarily adjoining to or close to 3 ponds with 36 residences.  There are 2 lots for use as common areas.
